iHOUSE Refer-A-Friend Program is Extended to ConnecTel!
We are pleased to announce the launch of the Refer-a-Friend Program for ConnecTel Real Estate Hotlines, which generates "thank you" rewards for both current and newly referred customers. Refer-a-Friend programs are also available for iHOUSE real estate websites and IDXPro branded MLS Search.
Now, ConnecTel customers will also have the option of referring friends and can choose from a $30 gift card or credit to their accounts as a reward. The newly referred customers will also each receive a $30 account credit.

Two New Programs - Refer-a-Friend and Share your Story!
Introducing the Refer-a-Friend for iHOUSE and IDXPro Customers:
The new Refer-a-Friend Program is for all existing iHOUSE Website and IDXPro customers. When referred friends sign up for either iHOUSE Websites or IDXPro MLS Search, our customers who sent the referral can choose a "Thank You Reward" - either a $40 gift card or a $40 credit to their accounts. Additionally, the newly referred customers will each receive a $40 credit.
There are no predetermined limits to the number of referrals and potential accumulated rewards. An iHOUSE customer can significantly reduce his or her own web site hosting or IDXPro service costs by sending occasional referrals if they become customers. To activate the reward process, referred customers must fill out the form located at www.ihouseweb.com/bin/referral.php. Introducing our Share Your Story Program:
Our hope with our NEW Share Your Story Program is to hear about your experiences using our products to promote your business and your listings, and share them with our existing and potential customers. And in return for taking the time to share your story, we will enter you in a contest to win a free iPOD Nano. The drawing is held four times a year, and you'll be entered into the drawing for the same quarter in which you shared your story. Its easy to get started - there are links on the iHOUSE admin panel and log in page.

Major 2006 IDXPro Enhancements
iHOUSE Web Solutions recently released a number of enhancements to its IDXPro MLS Search product - now working with almost 310 MLS nationwide!
Google Search Results Map Feature:
A Google Local Map will be directly incorporated onto the IDXPro MLS search results page, populated with icons for each of the listings displayed on that page. The visitor can view summary listing details by clicking on any listing icon on the map. The visitor can then click on a link on the summary details to go to the listing details web page that provides more information on the property.
Other New Features: You can now require web visitors to register to see any listing details page after the web visitor submits a query & sees the summary results of their search.
You can add a "Hot Listing" icon to individual listings displayed on the search results page - the icon will be included on all listings that have been added/edited within the number of days that you specify - you can choose among several "Hot Listing" icons.
You can now enable a feature on IDXPro that displays your listings that match visitors search criteria at the top of the search result page as a featured listing (requires that you register with IDXPro customer service your name as it appears in your MLS exactly).

iHOUSE Website Product Enhancements
Coming Soon to every iHOUSE Website:
In December 2006, iHOUSE will launch a new File Manager that supports a broad range of document types including .xls, .doc, .ppt, .pdf, .mp3, .jpg and many more. We will also be adding a new button to every iHOUSE website called Documents, so your web prospects can easily to download documents from your website. You will be able to choose whether to password-protect individual documents, or require registration to access the Documents page. Check out the Documents page on our new Spotlight Single Property Website product here for a preview of how this page will work in iHOUSE. More information will be available in the next issue of Blueprint.

Submit Your Listings to Oodle and Trulia Real Estate Classifieds
iHOUSE Web Solutions is pleased to announce our new partnerships with real estate search engines Oodle and Trulia. Now, in addition to automated listing submissions for Yahoo! Classifieds, iHOUSE Website customers will have the option to submit their listings to two additional real estate search engines for indexing in their real estate search results - with just a click of a button.

iHOUSE Web Solutions has launched ConnecTel, a new service that enables real estate agents and brokers to quickly set up a toll-free hotline for each property listing, offering a detailed pre-recorded audio description to interested parties 24/7. With the new ConnecTel toll-free hotline, real estate agents and brokers can provide recorded information on all property listings.
